Shipping and Returns


SHEENA'S HAIR EMPORIUM ships orders using USPS.COM (priority mail). Regular/Priority Shipping in the United States is $13.00 for flat rate. The total shipping amount charged includes tax, insurance, and an online tracking number. A shipping confirmation and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please ensure that your billing and mailing address match, we will only ship to the billing address of the cardholder.

A flat rate of $55.00 will be charged for Non-Domestic (outside of the United States) shipping and handling.

For quality control, all priority orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. United States orders with priority shipping and handling require 3–5 business days for delivery after it ships from our facility depending on its destination.

Our aim is to process all orders within 24-72 business hours of receipt of payment. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example, the product that you desire is on "back order", we will email you as soon as we receive your order to advise you of the delay.

NOTE: Please provide us with a detailed and correct mailing address. P.O. Box address will not be accepted.

The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by the mistakes of shipping address made by you at filling out the shipping information during checkout.

We apologize, but Sheena's Hair Emporium is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, a signature will be required upon delivery - absolutely no exceptions.


Due to the exclusive nature of our product ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. If you're utterly dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. The item/items to be exchanged must be mailed for exchange in its original state. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be intact.

How to Make an Exchange

  1. Items must be in their original condition - We will not accept any merchandise that has been used/ altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.

  3. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best  Indian hair. To exchange, Please Ship back within 7 days of receipt.
